By engaging with Franchise Ride LLC referral program and utilizing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Referral Fee Structure

Franchise Ride LLC offers a referral fee to individuals or entities who refer potential buyers to our brokerage services. The details of the referral fee are as follows:

• Standard Referral Fee: A referral fee of $5,000 will be paid upon the successful completion of a transaction where Franchise Ride LLC acts as the broker on record.
• Broker Fee Adjustment: In the event that the total broker fee received by Franchise Ride LLC is less than $10,000, the referral fee will be adjusted to 50% of the total broker fee received. This ensures that the referring party is compensated fairly in alignment with the overall fee structure.
• Broker Fee Variability: Please note that not all franchise brands provide broker fees. As such, the referral fee may vary based on the specific franchise involved in the transaction. Franchise Ride LLC will provide clarity on the fee structure applicable to the specific brand at the time of referral.

3. Conditions for Referral Fee Payment

The referral fee is contingent upon:

• Successful closing of the transaction.
• Franchise Ride LLC being the broker on record for the deal.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations during the transaction process.

4. Limitation of Liability

Franchise Ride LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from your use of our services or from any referrals made. The referral fee structure outlined herein is subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state in which Franchise Ride LLC operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the relevant laws of that jurisdiction.
